We are looking for a QA Administrator to join a small team in a renowned medical company in assisting the quality assurance department for a specific product. We are looking for a candidate who will have high levels of accuracy and has advanced skills in using MS applications and experience in using internal systems. This candidate must have passion and motivation for the company and an understanding of the product provided. Key Responsibilities:Initiate complaint investigations where required, and subsequently follow up and coordinate responses from Service Areas on behalf of the relevant Complaints Managers.Liaise with complainants on an on-going basis throughout the complaints management process, including providing information and dealing with criticism / grievances identified by complainants during the investigation and resolution stages.To assist the QA Officer in compiling new complaints within the complaint databases.To contact patients and health care professionals and request / discuss incident details.Follow up on complaints/enquiries as appropriate and update records in line with proceduresDevelop, maintain and update spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft office suite.Retrieve data from the computerised management information system for relevant service managers, Complaints Managers, and Senior Complaints Manager, and provide relevant reports as and when directed by the Complaints Officer.
