Have you got Customer Service Experience? Would you like to work alongside major clients? Have you got a great memory and attention to detail?

Our client in Bilston is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fantastic team. You will be seeing the order from start to finish by processing the sales order, interacting with the customer and providing excellent levels of sales support.

Full and comprehensive training provided.

Main Responsibilities



* Deal directly with customer either by phone or electronically
* Understanding internal and external customer needs and expectations
* Obtain and evaluate all information to handle enquires and complaints
