    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Admin/ Account Manager to join a leading distribution company in Coleshill.

    You will be the main point of contact for customers on the telephone and on emails, so your communication skills in your chosen language must be excellent as well as having a genuine passion for customer service!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process quotes and orders through our various systems including ERP and website
    • Allocating and shipping of goods
    • Converting quotations
    • Export order processing
    • Communicate with customers via various means;web chat, email and voice
    • Delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction to all customers
    • Identifying opportunities and logging on a CRM platform for Bus Dev Team
    • Updating and maintaining database with accurate customer information
    • Ensuring all discrepancies are handled quickly and professionally
    • Ensure that all discrepancies are completed to an excellent standard and where possible improvements are made to process
    • Management of back orders and date management of customer orders
    • Ensure delivery to schedule of all orders
    • Coordinate data management, data control and data protection.

    Your Skills/ Experience:

    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
