* Location- Leeds City Centre
* Pay rate - £8.50, Part-Time 19.5 hours per week , 5 days over 7 (will include weekends) various shifts available

I am currently recruiting for number of Customer Service Advisers to work on a temporary ongoing contract based in Leeds , working 5 days over 7 ( so will include weekends) Various shifts available.

Main duties:



* Responding to and resolving using the social media platforms
* Correctly processing tasks and activities requested by customers through a ticket resolution system or by telephone and e-mail
* Preparing and providing information for customers, requesting additional information as required and updating management about significant customer issues
* Collaborating with managers, team leaders, team colleagues, customers and other business partners
