Customer Service Advisor- Greater Manchester

£17,459 + OTE £24,000

Working hours: 7:00am - 11:00pm, Monday- Sunday (Rotating)

We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our energetic and aspiring team with comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a high standard of product knowledge and service to customers whilst prospering in their fast paced environment.

* Being the first point of contact
* Receiving inbound calls
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Utilise your knowledge in supporting customer needs
* Taking ownership in development and training and continuous improvements of the businesses procedures

* Passionate, fun, outgoing, engaging individuals
* Experience in a customer focus role
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to work with both peers and team leaders to continuously improve on quality, processes and complaint resolution
