Lloyds Banking Group Customer Advisers aren't just great at talking to customers; they're also great at listening. If you can put yourself in the shoes of a customer, you can help build unique relationships that really last. Previous experience isn't essential; it's all about your qualities and the ability to use empathy and listening skills to get great outcomes for the customer.

As a member of a friendly contact centre team, you'll take calls from a range of customers. Whether they're calling to transfer money, set up a standing order, or simply check their balance, you'll provide a professional and helpful service, every time. And you'll use your computer skills to record your results.

As part of this role you won't only be offering high quality support to the customer - you'll be supported to achieve your goals through excellent in-house training and personal support.

Shift Operating hours: 8:00am - 22:00pm

Number of days scheduled - Maximum of 5 out of 7 over a Monday - Sunday period

Weekend days will be placed in any combination that best suits customer need

Maximum of 2 weeks of late shifts (post 6:30pm on-wards) in an 8 week period

2 consecutive midweek non-working days when a full week is worked. Non-working days are moved to suit customer demand

Minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 10 hours per day. Minimum of 30 hours and maximum of 40 hours per week

Shift start or end time can be moved 1 hour from base pattern (exact base pattern is specified at recruitment induction stage) Mid-week (Tuesday - Thursday) start time will be consistent.
