Customer Service Advisor
We currently have a number of exciting opportunities available within the Customer Service Department of a well known retailer based in Bingley These opportunities have arisen due to a brand new project within the business, offering first class response to the public, along with outstanding customer service.
We are looking for passionate individuals that thrive in offering exceptional Customer Service with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring a flawless customer journey, working to query resolution and delivering the highest standard of professionalism wherever possible.
Shifts - 5 days out of 7 - 8 hours shifts between 8am-8pm (including weekends)

Responsibilities within this role will include;Handling a variety of customer service queries and complaintsResolving In-store queries Verifying data and confirming accurate detailsTaking ownership of workload
To be successful within this role you will have the following;Confident communicatorSympathetic to customer needsNot fazed by complaints Proven track record of previous experience in customer serviceExcellent written skills and ability to prioritise
