A high profile retail business based in Bingley is looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
On offer is a competitive salary, on-site canteen, the shift pattern is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and free parking on-site in a well established business! This role is to start on the 26th October for 6 weeks, therefore please make sure you are available for the duration of the contract.
The duties of the role include:
* Provide customers with an excellent customer service experience via telephone and email
* Manage customer orders
* Processing customer returns
* Response to email queries
*General administration duties
To be considered for the role you'll need to be able to demonstrate the following:
*Previous experience of customer service
*High levels of energy
*Commitment to providing excellent customer service
*The ability to prioritise your workload and operate independently
