Are you an experienced call centre agent? Are you looking for a role with a structured induction who give you the opportunity to excel in your role?

We are recruiting for customer service agents to work in a medium sized call centre to support a contract making outbound calls. They are a friendly office, who have lots of incentives and work really well together as a team. The company are on Birmingham Business Park

Your Responsibilities

* To receive inbound and make outbound calls on behalf the client
* Speak to customers booking in their vehicles for MOT's etc.
* Upselling products where required
* To achieve call and booking targets (full 2 week induction provided)

Your Skills/ Experience

* Must have at least 12 months customer service/ contact centre experience
* Have excellent customer service/selling skills (experience preferably gained within an after sales or call centre environment).
* Good PC, literacy and telephone skills
* Confident communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Enthusiastic work attitude
* Be a team player

* Salary of £18000
* Start date of Monday 23rd
* Opening hours of 8am - 7:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am - 12:30pm every third Saturday.
