A successful Housing Association is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bishop Auckland. This is a temporary role which will be ongoing for a few months to cover maternity leave.

Your Package

* Full Time hours (37)
* Monday - Friday
* £8 - £11

Your Responsibilities

* Responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through all access channels for all enquiries
* Provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the Associations services
* Respond to all types of customer enquiries and resolve wherever possible
* Taking a proactive and positive approach to Customer Care ensuring satisfaction
* Carry out all administration functions relative to customer services effectively
* Accurately record, store, input and update information into the relevant ICT system and ensure all records and systems are up to date
* Consistently deliver customer service targets set by the Association
* Maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer focused approach at all times

Your Skills and Experienced

* Customer friendly approach
* Worked in a fast paced and target driven environment
* Able to liaise effectively over the phone, face to face and via email
