One of the UK's leading customer and business process management companies in the Foleshill Enterprise Park area of Coventry. This is to join a fast-paced and exciting team that will support your needs for personal and professional development!

Key Responsibilities



* You'll be answering incoming calls about Housing Benefit, Council Tax or a number of other council services.
* To provide clear and accurate answers to all customers' questions,
* To keep accurate and timely computer records on every call.
* To answer all calls promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
* To listen attentively to customers, asking questions to establish the facts so you fully understand what the customer needs.
* To assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact, unless specialist knowledge or further investigation is required.
* To use sound judgement and take decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
* Keep abreast of service developments and organisational changes in order to provide accurate information and advice to customers, including changes in legislation.
* Promote prevention of fraud by completing internal data protection checks and controls, with an awareness of the impact of failure to complete data protection checks
* Shift patterns will range between the working hours of 8AM - 6PM from Monday to Fridays so you can really utilise an important work-life balance!

To be suitable for this role you must meet the following requirements:



* Live a commutable distance from Foleshill Enterprise Park area
* Be open to working in a call centre environment
* Have a great attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Possess a positive & professional approach to customer service
