You will be key to Helping British Businesses Recover by supporting UK businesses within a responsible, sustainable and inclusive bank.
This is an inbound Telephony role where your working day will involve helping customers to grow their business through assisting them with their enquiries and fulfilling their business banking needs in an efficient and effective manner. You will use your skills and knowledge to ensure each of our customers is provided with an excellent & empathetic customer experience.
The day to day banking needs that you will be supporting our customers with include queries relating to cheques, money transfers, balance enquiries, Internet Banking registrations and debit card queries.

Rate of pay: £10.33 per hour
Working hours: 35 hours per week between 7am and 8pm on a shift rotation which includes working a Saturday between 9am and 2pm every 4 weeks.
Length of contract: Minimum 6 months with good opportunity to be extended
