Customer Service Advisor

City Centre

£8.21/hour to £9.50/hour

Are you looking to further your Customer Service skills with a leading organisation?

Are you keen to take queries from point of contact all the way to resolution stage?

Are you used to spend your time taking phone calls and resolving queries for your clients?

Working within the customer support team, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and ideas to provide outstanding support to business' customers.


Role:

You will be joining a leading company based in the city centre to provide support over the phone to customers. Full training will be provided, however the client is looking for candidates that have previous experience in Customer Service Advisor roles. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls and assist in delivery of the business' SLA's.

Responsibilities:



* Receive and record service requests via telephone and email from customers
* Dispatch and monitor reactive work orders
* Respond in a professional and courteous manner to every caller, recording accurately all requests for service
* Provide a rapid response to customers
* Update and close jobs in accordance to systems and processes
* Generate reports as and when requested

Requirements:



* Knowledge of key MS office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
* Ability to prioritise tasks especially when under pressure
* Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
* Passionate about customer service
* Proficient written English and verbal communication skills
* A positive attitude
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to manage difficult conversations and to adapt to challenging situations
