Customer Service - Newcastle - 6+ month's contract - circa £14 - £19/ hour.
Do you thrive on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting? A Digital Services Provider seeks a Customer Service Representative in Newcastle. In this position, you'll leverage your previous customer service/support experience to help us fulfill our commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.
This is 5 day's onsite role in Newcastle.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
- Utilize your prior experience in customer service to handle a variety of customer interactions efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and discretion.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite in Newcastle, five days a week.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
