Are you an experienced customer service advisor looking for an immediate temporary job for a minimum period of 6 weeks? Do you have experience of dealing with customer complaints and at times challenging queries and customers? Are you able to remain calm when dealing with issues, and can you resolve queries quickly? If yes, then please read on as this could be ideal for you.

I am looking for 3 experienced customer service advisors to work for my client based in the heart of Winchester. You will be working in a busy customer service team on a full time, temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. You will be working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.

As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing with customers queries and responding through a variety of channels including phone, internet, text service and from time, on a face to face basis. You will be taking inbound calls, but will also have the need to make outgoing calls when following up customer queries and complaints. On a day to day basis you will be;
*Responsible for processing and resolving customer enquiries covering a range of services, identifying and understanding customer needs.
*Providing the first point of customer contact, answering customer enquiries through a range of contact channels including telephone, e mail, web, SMS text and face to face.
*Carrying out general administrative and reception duties when required ensuring that the business is represented in a professional and polite manner throughout.
*Providing accurate information on services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service.
*Working as part of the customer service centre team and with colleagues in associated departments to deliver solutions to customer enquiries.
*Taking part in team briefings, training and on-going coaching sessions.
*Undertaking such other duties as determined by the customer service centre manager as required.

Key skills and experience required;
*Good IT skills
*Able to record accurate information whilst having a conversation with the customer
*Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working in a customer facing role
*Experience of using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers through any contact channel
*Able to gain information from customers to ensure enquiries are dealt with appropriately and to provide clear, confident explanations to customers and colleagues
*Experience of taking and processing payments
*Able to work in a busy customer facing environment and deliver outstanding customer excellence
