Customer Service Advisor-Leeds City Centre

Monday to Friday, No weekends

A chemical distribution company are looking for Customer Service Assistant to join their energetic and aspiring company. They will offer you comprehensive training, an early finish on Fridays and a fantastic career. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide excellent customer service for existing and potential key accounts. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate between the customer and internal functions to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

The Company

You will be joining a global market leader in chemical distribution. They operate on a global level with more than 500 locations in more then 70 countries, with its global workforce of more than 15,000 employees. You will be based in their head office in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities



* Deliver excellent customer service
* Analysing of data and reports
* Receive and process customers orders and enquiries
* Input, update and manage customer price agreements
* Liaise with key accounts managers
* General Administration
* Ensure all customer correspondence is dealt with by the appropriate department within the required timescales

What we need from you



* Passionate, committed, outgoing, engaging individuals
* Experience in a customer focus role
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to work with both peers and team leaders to continuously improve on quality, processes and resolution
* IT Skills
* Excellent telephone skills
* To be able to work in a team
* Prioritise and Problem solve, ability to multitask.
* Communicate effectively, organise and manage customer enquiries in a timely manor
