* Job Title: Customer Services
* Role Type: Temporary on-going
* Location: Birmingham City Centre
* Salary: £7.83
* Shift work on 5-person Roster: earliest start 6, latest 11.
* 7-8 hour shifts weekdays, 12 hours' weekends.
* 35 hour weeks

We are currently working alongside one of largest organisations across the UK within the public transport sector. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring that customers are comfortable, well informed and have a positive experience when using this companies services.

Job Specification

* Providing a customer service presence around the premises as required, responsibilities:
* Helping people
* Helping with mobility access
* Providing information to customers
* Supporting the security team with any incidents

Candidate needs to be willing to work flexible hours, 7/8 hours shifts in the week, 12 hour shift on the weekends. Earliest start 6am, latest finish 11pm.
