Randstad CPE are looking for enthusiastic, hard working Customer Service Assistants to work for a valued client in Edinburgh Waverley Station.

If you enjoy dealing with the public, this could be the job for you!

We are looking to hire for two Customer Service roles: Mobility Access and Security.

Mobility access -



* Supporting passengers with ANY type of disability i.e. mobility issues, deafness, blind etc.
* Assisting passengers on and off trains using wheelchair ramps, and assisting them in going to certain shops.
* Shifts will vary from 8am and 11pm throughout the week.


* Background - NHS, NHS porter, Care Home, Caring for a relative etc)
* Candidate needs to have physical strength, prepared to be on their feet all day, strong customer care skills and live within 30 mins from the station.

Security -



* Regular security patrols of the station; looking out for incidents and reporting them, and contractor checks (are they working in a safe way, wearing the correct PPE etc).
* First response for First Aid until qualified First Aiders Arrive.
* Reporting Cleaning requests.
* Shifts will vary from 6am, with the potential of working night shifts, throughout the week.


* Background - Security or volunteering for the Police.
* We are looking for a candidate that is prepared to be on their feet all day and has good attention to detail
