Are you looking for an opportunity that is busy, varied and deemed centre of the business? Do you pride yourself in delivering the best customer service possible? Would you like to continue a career within customer services that isn't in a call centre and is focused on quality rather than quantity?

You will begin your career in Denmark, with a 2 week on boarding process where you will be able to learn the ins and outs of the entire business. You will work alongside a small team, focusing mostly on UK based clients, with some international coverage - a 2nd fluent EU language would be highly advantageous. Working full time, Monday to Friday, in Swindon, paying up to £20,000, with an immediate start. You will be employed by a charity owned company, that truly looks after every member of staff, with an incredibly low turnover of employees, a profitable well reputable business with huge, ambitious, continued growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
*Processing of orders
*Advise customers of products (around 2000)!
*Customer requests by phone, e-mail and live chat (UK and EU based)
*Requests from colleagues in sales
*Participate in proactive market and customer related activities such as campaigns, end-user calls and customer follow-up
*Master data maintenance
*CRM and leads
*Providing sales managers with customer analysis and sales analysis
*Exposure to procurement/inventory/planning/shipping and distribution

Skills and Experience:
*Competent PC user - quick and learning new systems
*Work to delivery deadlines
*Hands on and flexible approach
*Admin, sales and customer service experience

Attributes:
*Fluent English and fluency in another EU language would be advantageous
*Honest and transparent
*Excellent communication - via telephone, email and help desk
