Our client is looking for a customer services coordinator within a commercial organisation. If you have experience in managing a dedicated customer base, processing orders, preparing correspondence and fulfilling customer needs to ensure the highest of satisfaction, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Based in Coventry, they offer onsite parking and increasing salary after probation period, our client would like you to work on a fulltime basis, Monday to Friday, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for:



* Account management, ensuring a proactive & interactive relationship is developed.
* Responding to customer enquiries.
* Monitoring sample progress, ensuring customers satisfaction and identifying any issues.
* Participates in successful implementation or improvement initiatives.
* Develop key relationships with other business functions.
* Ad hoc duties as required to ensure that the business directives are met.

Experience and skills:



* Customer service experience.
* To contribute to development of customer support strategies.
* Contributes to the establishment of best practices for customer support.
* Flexible with hours.
* Good organisational and time management skills .
* Positive attitude in line with company values.
* Quality focus maintaining quality systems and compliance to regulations.
* Up to date with developments in own professional area and related areas.
* Experience with IT systems including MS Office.
