job description

Do you have the ability to work within a team environment but also a self-starter? Can you effectively manage client relationships, negotiate and manage client expectations as well as the ability to train clients? Then this multi-national tech company with their HQ in the City of London may be the role for you.

The primary responsibility is to provide superior service as well as technical and tactical expertise in a client driven highly technical production environment between the hours of 9.30pm-7am.

Responsibilities:
* Independently interacts by phone, email, or in person, to consult with and advise clients on workflow and project processes.
* Responsible for nurturing and developing effective and positive relationships with clients
* Onboarding of clients and providing product training to individuals or groups
* Effectively identifies and anticipates clients needs
* Independently manages multiple client projects
* Serves as main point-of-contact and assumes responsibilities for the success of multiple client projects
* Follows all applicable Best Practice and Workflow procedures.
* Works with internal departments on all facets of project preparation and successful execution.
* Monitors progress and ensures project deliverables for the client are accurate and timely
* Ensures proper documentation for job tracking and billing information is current and accurate.
* Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time
* Required to work at least 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday 12h shift per month (not same weekend)
