The main purpose of this role is to interact with customers, and to process their orders in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that patients receive their medicine. As the primary contact between the business and its customers, you will be expected to ensure that every customer receives the same level of service that you yourself would expect.

Hours of work are:

Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:30

Friday: 09:00-17:00

Requirements:



* Pharmaceutical or supply chain experience (preferred)
* Fluency in English
* Effective communication skills- both verbal and written
* Strong customer focus
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Good computer skills, including data input and Microsoft Office (experience of SAP system would be useful, but not essential)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
* Organisational, numerical and administrative skills
* Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessary

Your responsibilities will include:



* Processing telephone orders, enquiries, complaints and requests for information
* Setting up new customer accounts on the database
* Arranging for returns and credits to customers' accounts
* Meeting the criteria for exporting controlled drugs outside of the UK and following regulatory protocols
* Providing updates to customers and collecting feedback on customer satisfaction. Customers include hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and internal customers within the company.
* Managing the relationship between different areas of the business
* Being aware of delivery cut-off times and managing customer expectations
* Maintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIs
* Responding to email enquiries from customers
* Maintaining customer and product knowledge
* Supporting any additional or existing projects to improve efficiency
