job description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor/ Team Leader on a fixed term contract to join a lovely company based in Coleshill.


The role has become available due to a maternity cover and the contract will be until the end of January. You will be supporting a small team of customer care representatives, reporting to the head of customer service.


Your Responsibilities
* Day to day team management
* 121's with staff members
* Dealing with any lateness/ sickness
* Customer Service staff training
* Review outstanding chase work with contractors and the team
* Ensure all gas and electric certificates are up to date
* Code and review all incoming invoices
* Process contra charges
* Manage incoming quotes
* Deal with any escalated customer complaints
* Ensure all incoming materials are dealt with upon arrival
* Ensure all emails are responded to within 24 hours


Skills Experience
* Customer Service Management Experience in a similar role - any industry
* Experience of dealing with complaints at an escalated level
* Staff management
* Strong character - resilient
* Good attention to detail
