Customer Service Support Officer

Do you wish to further develop your customer service skills in the industry of Finance within a leading organisation? Are you ready to move forward in your customer service career? This role is paying £19,665 and is Located in Northwich.

This company looks at "how" goals are achieved rather than "what" is achieved, which shows how important it is to implement excellent customer service towards Business Bankers.

Hours - 35 hours a week. 8 Hour Rotational shift pattern between 8am - 8pm
Monday -Friday
Location - Gadbrook Park, Northwich
Starting Salary - £19,665

Whilst working for this leading financial company you will be required to undertake the following tasks:
* Supporting a portfolio of Clients offering them a personalised service.
* Commit to making lives much easier by; completing requests within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintaining client contact where necessary.
* Respond to complex servicing requests received from Corporate Managers and those from external areas of the department.
* Handle from start to finish queries for complex processing as defined and distributed by your team leader.
* Manage self to complete tasks and use resources efficiently to ensure timely, high quality and consistent results.
* Carry out work to the required quality levels and comply with policies, guidelines but escalate situations and risks not covered by guidelines to minimise the exposure to risk.
* Delivering excellent service and meeting customer needs to maintain and generate value as the 'Go To' Organisation.

Person Specification:
* Team Building/Team Player
* PC and keyboard skills
* Ability to deliver excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Showing a customer centric nature in your approach to all your customer interactions
* The ability to explain complex financial information clearly to customers with no expertise
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers via virtual channels.
