Customer Success Executive - Corporate business information Web Platform £25-27K +bonus!
Financial sector clients with some UK travel - Non-sales - Purely Customer Success!

Our client, the biggest brand globally in the financial sector is looking for a Client Success Executive/ Product Consultant to work along side the B2B sales team and product marketing team to ensure product engagement and client success for our web based platform licences. This role pays a generous £25-27K + 5%-10% bonus and offers an excellent benefits package. Along with this, you will enjoy working for a world renowned name in this sector that offers excellent career prospects for advancement.

The successful candidate will manage external and internal stakeholder relationships. Working with clients to train them on products and applications whilst also feeding back valuable insight to the Product Marketing and B2B Sales Team through the use of CRM and data analytics.

Relationship development and management is key for this role, and would be best suited for someone who is comfortable and confident in delivering training, presenting and doing demonstrations in a client facing role. Collaboration with internal teams is also vital.

This role is not a sales position but rather pre and post sales support, or non sales account management. Fast progression to a customer success management role withing 8-12 months.

The day to day position:

-Provide pre & post -sales customer success services to clients and prospects, via presentations, client meetings and telephone.
-Take ownership for client successful experience, building relationships
-Consulting with clients to agree product strategy, understanding milestones/steps in subscription life-cycle and knowing when and how to apply engagement tactics based on client scenarios.
-Deliver high quality and relevant training, presentations and demonstrations to existing customers
-Monitoring health of accounts and taking action based on data/analysis and taking responsibility for solving problems and working to find effective solutions.
-Support the sales team in new business and renewal through products, services and content
-Gather and report feedback from customers and prospects through customer interaction to the product marketing team and sales teams

Experience and qualification required:


-Graduate with background in customer facing roles, e.g. account management, customer services, and able to demonstrate a customer centric approach
-Good questioning skills and an enquiring mind
-Comfortable with data and digital technology
-Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and strong client presentation skills, confident in dealing with all levels of seniority
-Good questioning skill and comfortable working with people at all levels
