Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator - Immediate start - South Cerney/Ashton Keynes - Cirencester - Leading Company

Are you a customer focused administrator seeking work in the Cirencester area?

Do you have proven Administration skills and enjoy making a positive customer journey?

Our leading Construction supplier is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Administrator to join the team on a contract basis working full time hours.

Working within the Customer support team, you will help provide quotations, gather and process client orders, coordinate delivery and monitor product movement and staff performance.

* Immediate start
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
* £20-£21k depending on experience
* Excellent company and working environment
* Contract - min 12 months +

Duties Include:

* Data entry - Adding customer orders to the systems
* Order checks - Checking paperwork and ensuring correct
* Customer support - Answering calls to take orders / Check orders
* Customer support - providing quotations and product advice (Training provided)
* Emails - Manage and action emails including orders, updates and general information
* General administration - Systems update, management information reports
* Relationship management - Customer service to both internal and external parties

Experience Needed:

* Team Player, motivated and keen to learn
* Professional, motivated and customer focused
* Competent IT skills
* Quick learning and confident
* Immediate to start or short notice
