I am looking for a Customer Technology Support Engineer for a client in Coventry, this will be a contract position paying up to £130 a day with some flexibility depending on skills and experience.
You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills for this role, a background in a customer or user support role would be ideal. What would stand out is a passion for providing good customer service and a general willingness to learn and show interest in both internal and external customers.
Training will be provided as a lot of the applications they use are bespoke, please see below for a list of essential and desirable skills for this role:
Essential:Experience in a support environment (preferably in IT)Interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skillsFollow documentation on company policies and proceduresExperience working with and supporting API's
Desirable:Knowledge of JSON APISQL Database Windows Server 2008 - 2012
