RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct accurate and efficient counts in line with cycle count expectations using prescribed methods aiding the removal of the annual stock count event.
To perform random checks on the scanning processes, reporting results to both Warehouse supervisor and manager.
To perform random checks on pack quantities, reporting results to both Warehouse supervisor and manager.
Assist other departments as required; Accounts Department in resolution of invoice queries, highlight possible discrepancies to Production Process, perform Stores searches for mislaid consignments.
Identify and report miss treatment of parts and or system inaccuracy's.
Identify and report any parts or commodity's suspected of not being counted in line with the cycle count expectation / guidelines.
To take ownership for the safe and appropriate use of the cycle count tablet whilst on shift.
To undertake any training identified as being required
Comply with the Health & Safety Policy and observe all the safety rules to ensure your personal safety and the safety of others.
Ensure that you comply and adopt the CANDO programme regarding the organisation of your work environment.
Any other special project or task allocated by the Warehouse supervisor / Manager.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Warehouse supervisor / Manager.
Hours/shift pattern
Week : 1 Monday - Friday 1400 - 2215 (inclusive of 25 min break)
Week: 2 Monday - Friday 2200-0615 (inclusive of 25 min break)
Pay Rates:
Double Days - Pre parity rates £9.12 <25 and £9.70 >25; Post Parity rates £9.84 <25 and £10.46 >25
Nights - Pre parity rates £9.76 <25 and £10.39 >25; Post Parity rates £11.15 <25 and £11.86 >25
This role will be starting wk commencing 12th October and wk commencing 19th October
