Pay Rate and Working Hours:



* Monday to Friday
* 09:00AM- 17:00PM
* 37.5 hours PER WEEK
* £13.00 - £14.00 PER HOUR

Negotiable for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst to work for a world leader within the confidential storing of records industry based in The Cotton Centre, London, SE1 2TT. This exciting position is on a Contract for Services but has a potential to become permanent, working full time hours per week with an attractive pay rate based in stunning Head Office's. The Data Analyst role will suit those with advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills and have either data analysis experience or working in procurement or purchasing role.



* Analysing considerable amounts of data
* Completing reports on Microsoft packages, mainly Excel and using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
* Working within the procurement team, monitoring email inbox, responding to queries
* General administrative duties for procurement team
* Assist with any other duties as deemed necessary within procurement team

Requirements



* Computer literacy including being advanced in Microsoft Excel, including being able to review large amounts of data and creating VLOOKUP's and advanced pivot tables for reporting.
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Highly analytical
* Organised approach and excellent time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate financial information with colleagues stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred
* Professional and proactive approach
* Be a committed and adaptable team player who can work effectively to tight deadlines and will go the extra mile when required
* Desired - experience of Microsoft Access
