Working Hours and Pay Rate:

* Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 17:00PM
* £24,000 PER YEAR (Depending on experience)


The role of data analyst is integral in managing customer data in order to support the efficiency of the sales team and will include:

* Working in SAP to manage current and old data
* Cleanse current data to ensure accuracy for the sales team
* Working with the pricing team to ensure accurate creation and maintenance of price deals and other customer specific pricing in SAP
* Liaising with Marketing Intelligence to ensure we receive timely information when NHS trusts structures change so as to proactively update our customer master data
* Providing appropriate reporting and analysis of the relevant master data domains
* Assisting stakeholders in projects where master data is an element
* Using Excel to create reports and analyse data to mine certain information


* Proven ability to meet deadlines with consistent success
* Experience of working with SAP and the ability to learn new functions
* Proficient with Excel and able to use VLOOKUP's and pivot tables to maximise data
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
