Reporting to the Inclusion Community and Wellbeing (ICW) Portfolio and Impact Manager, the community engagement impact analyst is responsible for reporting and monitoring progress against the firm's community targets, evaluating social and business impacts and analysing data trends to create insight. In addition, the community engagement impact analyst will provide data to support the firm's annual report and submissions for external awards, industry bench-marking and index submissions.

* Consolidation and analysis of community engagement and volunteering data to track performance against targets and to create insightful dashboards on quarterly basis, including for the year end audit process
* Preparing regional reporting for the business on community metrics
* Undertaking impact measurement including measuring social and business outcomes
* Researching and delivering social return on investment projects to show the impact
* Remaining up to date with analytics best practice across the Firm
* Ensure robust data management in line with current data legislation including GDPR
* Providing data to support preparation of submissions for key recognition awards and indices
* Supporting with finance and budget, query management and ad-hoc administration to support with submissions
* Analyse results/outcome of surveys, focus groups and interviews
* Qualitative measurement of the social impact of community engagement requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong analytical skills to effectively identify trends and issues from complex data
* Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
* Experience keeping up with market trends and developments in the field of data management and analytics
* Strong goal orientation - maintaining focus on agreed objectives
* Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as a track record of working professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider-team
* Positive, 'can do' attitude, particularly when dealing with ambiguity
* Experience using online collaboration tools e.g. intranet, online meetings and Google@Work
* Experience with SPSS is preferred but not essential
