Are you located near London and want work close to home? Or perhaps you are looking for a longer term freelance contract?

We have a fresh role working at Site Management level for the long term future working for a leading Demolition Contractor. This position requires someone who has previously worked on large sclae demolition packages like etc.

Anyone who displays strong experience in the areas mentioned could interview next week for the soonest possible start!

Roles and responsibilities:



* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, project manager
* Site set up and compliance with health and safety
* Planning and programming of the works 3 weeks ahead
* Attending weekly progress meetings
* Management of site staff
Candidate Requirements:


* CCDO Card
* Experience working with a recognised for the demolition subcontractor
* Have previous experience as a Site Manager.
* Knowledge of urban realm and heavy Civil Engineering works
* A valid CSCS card
