Are you an experienced care coordinator?
Ae you able to support students with their health and emotional wellbeing?
Are you ready for a January start?

A brilliant hands on school in the East Grinstead area is looking for a deputy care co-ordinator to support all school staff in assisting the students to overcome their daily challenges that prevent them from reaching their full potential. You will be liaising with the care coordinator to make sure that the students' health and emotional well being are met to the highest standards.
The school support children from 7 to 19 year olds who have social and emotional challenges.

Your role will include
- Promoting the safeguarding of the children
- Handling medication for specific students
- Make sure all staff are aware of the students' health plans
- Ensure regular therapy reviews take place for students

Skills needed for this role
- Qualified social worker or SENCO or care worker
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to work with challenging behaviour
- An understanding of working with SEN children or adults
