This beautiful service is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Leeds. It specialises in General Nursing Elderly care, consisting of 50 beds across two floors, staffed with x2 nurses and x8 carers. Your role as a Deputy Home Manager is to lead from the front and set the best example for your team.

Hours: 39 hours, days, including supernumerary time

Salary: £43,706pa

Location: Leeds, LS8

- Leading your team, you will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit

- Maintaining accurate records for residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards

- You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of residents

- Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies and relatives

- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centered care


- NMC registered, preferably RGN, however relevant clinical skills will be considered

- Experience in a nursing home is desirable

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home

- Ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
