Are you a Design Manager currently looking for the next big project in your career?

The fundamental importance of a design for a project cannot be overlooked. Therefore, my client, a leading housing developer is looking for a design manager that can articulate a scheme from inception to completion.

The Company

Constant and consistent growth and progression has enabled my client to establish themselves as one of the UK's most successful builders in the market. As well as their sheer passion and drive in this field of work, they show the same enthusiasm and energy with their employees and their wellbeing.

The projects ranging from £30 million to £150 million would require an accomplished design manager that would be present from the pre-con stage up to delivery. The ideal candidate must be competent working on large residential schemes. Furthermore, displaying management and coordination skills when developing new products and improvements to existing lines.

Duties for this role include:

* Overseeing design teams
* Management of day-to-day operations
* Delegation of assignments

Requirements for this role include:

* Experience in previous residential schemes
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to optimise projects
* Possess motivation and self drive
