Design Manager

I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who are looking for an experienced design manager to join their existing team. This client have an excellent reputation locally and have work throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

My client is looking to recruit a design manager or possibly a coordinator looking to advance their career. You will be working on design and build schemes in the main up to £5m based from the office with regular visits to sites in the area. You will report to the head of design and must have experience working with other main contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced manager or someone looking to take the step up from an assistant or coordinator level. If you would like to discuss this role in further detail please contact me ASAP.

Requirements



* HNC / Degree level preferred
* Main Contracting Experience
* Design and Build Experience
* Willing to travel to sites in the local area
* Excellent IT skills
* Section agreement knowledge would be an advantage
