Design Manager

My client is a well established multi national business who require a site based design manager for a major new build hospital scheme in Oman. You will work closely with the site team to deliver this project. The project is a design and build RC frame scheme on a greenfield site.

The ideal candidate will have worked on other hospital schemes previously and must be happy to be based in Oman for circa 3 years (the duration of the scheme). You will have a technical background and will ideally hold a degree for visa purposes. Previous main contracting design / technical management will be essential.
