Design Manager - South West London - New Build Leisure Project

A Design Manager is required to oversee a £100m+ leisure project in South West London. The scheme is due to commence on site in Summer 2019 and is scheduled to complete in Summer 2021. The successful candidate will have experience of working on large complex inner city major project with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a visiting Head of Design and site based Project Director. Potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, consultantancy or architectural background.

The Design Manager will also have experience of working both on site and in the head office. Upon completion of this scheme there will be further projects available but these will be likely be based initially in the head office (Central London) for at least the first 3 months.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £50m with leading Main Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central London.
