The successful applicant will come from a developer or contracting background, but must have a good level of knowledge in the education sector, and have worked in a similar role for a considerable time. In return you will be given every opportunity to work with senior management and plan where you want your career to go within the company. The technical department is a growing department and there will be an opportunity to take on management responsibility as the team grows. They are also undertaking more and more projects, with elements outside of their core business of residential development. You will also get the chance to work across social housing, private sale and other schemes, strengthening your own skill set.
