Design and Technology teacher required after February half term.
We are working with a fantastic school in the Leeds area who are looking for an enthusiastic DT teacher to work on a temporary contract basis covering a maternity leave.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be required full time for the duration of the bookingSupporting with the development of Schemes of Work in line with the National Curriculum for Design & TechnologyGuiding pupils with low attainment levels and implementing strategies to ensure they meet their targets.Assessing and evaluating class and home work, reporting back to senior team membersPromoting positive behaviour management skills and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
What you will need:
Qualified teacher status or equivalentExperience teaching DT and ideally a preferred areaTwo references, with one being childcare basedDBS on the update service or happy to apply for a new onePrevious experience working in a school or college
