The main purporse of your role will be to promote thier products and services, by calling customers, engaging them in a business conversation and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Previous telecomes sales experience is essential for this role.
Main Responsibilites -To meet the agreed sales and productivity targets To use campaign information to contact customers in a controlled way and to manage the Sales Force CRM system effectively and ensure all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.To sell solutions from the product range that fit the customers requirementsTo generate sales leads for the Field, Data and Mobile Sales teamTo provide accurate reporting informationTo interface with other departments as/when necessary on behalf of your customerThe post holder will understand the regulatory, fair trading, competition, anti- corruption and bribery and security rules relating to their work sufficiently to be able to comply with them, relying on their ability to recognise that they need specialist advice.
