Development Contributions Manager- Sec 106 Monitoring and CIL

Are you looking for a new position with Sec 106 and CIL officer with a London Borough?

A London Authority is looking to recruit for a Development Contributions Manager- Sec 106 Monitoring and CIL to assist for a 3 month to ongoing contract.

The client offices are based within walking distance from both over and underground stations and can be accessed from Central London as well Greater London and home county authorities. The borough is dealing with high profile projects and is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in the sec 106 and CIL field.



* Managing and leading the Development Contributions Programme, and ensure effective management of Section 106 spending; attend pre-application meetings; and will liaise closely with the Planning Service area on key regeneration schemes to promote economic development through planning obligations.
* Provide a strategic overview with a sound planning policy background; implement strategic development and manage the expenditure of the council recently adopted Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
* Being politically aware and sensitive is crucial to the post, and knowledge of urban regeneration legislation, policies, practices and CIL and S106 is essential.
* Line management skills required.
* Experience using Exacom database system is desirable but not essential.

The client is looking to pay £18- £25, rates can be negotiable
