Job Summary:
The Global Growth & Performance Strategist (GGPS) role sits within the Global Performance Marketing team which consists of Account Management, Strategy, Data Strategy, CX, DX, CRM & CRO capabilities. The GGPS role will be the central point of strategy across each of these disciplines and work to deliver transformative change in capability, innovative programme design and embed a performance mindset in the House of Brands (HoBs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Evaluation & Strategic Planning/Development: Evaluate the current state marketing performance, identify key levers to increase performance and develop strategies to deliver value for one of the HoBs and influence brand planning
- Digital Marketing: Identify and propose optimization opportunities on digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive growth.
- Transformation Workstream: Own the development of new capability of capability improvements that can increase company performance or increase agency effectiveness
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports and post campaign analysis on growth metrics, campaign performance, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience, identifying points of friction and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to uncover insights, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage digital tools and technologies (e.g., AdTech, Martech, Web & App Channels, analytics platforms, production tools) to enhance company and agency performance.
- Value Management: develop uplift estimates and business cases for individual initiatives as well as track results to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, analytics, martech, digital media, strategy, CX and regional teams to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, marketing technology or similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of digital sales & marketing tools and technologies
- Experience in customer & marketing data strategy
- Experience in and a high level of understanding of SEO, SEM, digital media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation techniques.
- Expert in evaluating marketing campaign & programme performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Brand & Creative Strategists Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ideal candidates will also be well-versed in Digital Customer Strategy, eCommerce Strategy and Content Planning & Distribution Strategy
