A community nurse position has certain responsibilities including:



* Travelling and visiting patients in their homes
* Providing the most attentive care for patients
* Liaising with a team of nurses at the start of the day
* Dealing with a variety of needs

A community nurse is a highly skilled position demanding many essential and desirable skills including:



* Injections
* Compression
* Wound care
* Catheters (M, F, SP)
* Vaccinations
* Leg Ulcer Management
