Do you have Document Control experience? This contractor requires a Document Controller to assist on construction project in Cambridge.

You will be assisting the team with Document Control as well as invoicing, raising POs and dealing with GRNs.

The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:30

This position is paying £18k - £21k FTC

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* Ensuring all technical documents are up to date, logged and updated correctly
* Data management using Excel
* Communicating with project team, clients and sub contractors.
* Liaising with engineers on site and other contractors
* Checking and pre approving invoices for material and plant
* Code all delivery tickets
* Assist Commercial Manager with monthly reporting
* Visiting various sites

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using document control systems
* Have experience of dealing with invoices, POs and GRNs
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
