Are you an experienced Document Controller? We are looking for experienced Document Controllers to join a large infrastructure project in London!

As the only Document Controller on site you must be self sufficient and well versed with EDMS systems. You will be using eB / Aconex - experience of this system will be ideal but others will be considered.

This is a long term contract 1 year +

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00

This position is paying £17ph - £25ph LTD (£14ph - £16ph PAYE) on a contract basis.

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:



* eB / Aconex - Document Control - uploading / downloading all documents and drawings
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers of design reviews
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:



* Experience using document control systems Aconex / eB is ideal but not essential
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
