Used a variety of EDMS systems? An Engineering consultancy in South West London is looking for a Document Controller to work across their infrastructure projects

As the only Document Controller you must be self sufficient and happy to assist with administration duties. You will be using a variety of systems including; Sharepoint, Asite, 4ps, DocElite and more. - experience of 2+ systems will be ideal.

This is a permanent Document Control position with training and career progression.

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:30

This position is paying circa £25,000 - £30,000 + company benefits

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* Document Control - uploading / downloading all site documents and drawings
* EDMS system knowledge of Sharepoint, Asite, 4ps, DocElite and more
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers of design reviews
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using 2 or more document control systems
* Must be organise and able to prioritise work load
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be professional and hardworking
