job description

Document Controller

A large construction main contractor is looking for a document controller to join their team on a contract basis. You will be working in Central London near Whitechapel area. It is paid on an hourly rate, from 13 hr - £17 hr.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of eB is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Use Enterprise Bridge (eB) - to upload / download documents / drawings
* Use Business Collaborator
* Updating and maintaining site files
* Booking deliveries and collections
* Liaising with different teams
* Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of eB
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
