Document Controller

Are you searching for a job? Do you want to work in London? Are you an experienced Document Controller?

A large construction company is looking for a document controller to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis in central London. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £18 umbrella / LTD, £14 - £16 PAYE, depending on experience.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of Asite and Enterprise Bridge (eB) is essential.

* Use Asite and eB - to upload / download / distribute documents and drawings
* Store and retrieve documents
* Review documents
* Updating and maintaining files
* Check compliance of project procedures
* Liaising with different teams and clients
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents
* Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience of Asite and eB
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
