Are you a super organised Document Controller? Our client are a specialise sub contra You will be required to check best practises, download information, and distribute when required. Based in Liverpool Street, you will also be visiting smaller sites nearby on a weekly basis.

Reporting to a Project Manager on each site you will be required to look after all Document Control on a multi-million pound project as well as Document Control and administration of 2 other small scale developments in London.

This position is paying up to £26,000.

Document Controller / Administrator role and responsibilities:

* * Uploading / downloading all site documents and drawings
* Distribute project documentation to relevant members of the team, subcontractors, clients
* EDMS system knowledge of 4Projects, Aconex, Conject, Asite or similar
* Ensuring project team has latest revisions
* Manage document registers and trackers
* Provide system training support for new starters
* Generate new document/drawing numbers
* Quality checking all documentation
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Controller / Administrator requirements:

* Have at least three years construction background
* Have previously worked on site
* Used at least one document control system (e.g. BIW, Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator)
